Post-op massage supports your body's natural healing process after surgery — helping manage swelling and fluid retention, improving circulation, and supporting tissue mobility, elasticity, and comfort as you heal, alongside your surgeon's care.

Your recommended frequency and number of sessions are determined at your first visit, based on your procedure, stage of healing, and individual needs. Most clients start with more frequent sessions early in recovery and space them out as healing progresses.

Your first 60-minute visit is booked separately. Afterward, you will receive a personalized recommendation, and you can choose a package that fits it or continue session by session. Package details and pricing are on the booking page.

I work with clients recovering from liposuction, tummy tuck, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, facelift, and neck lift. If you're unsure whether your procedure fits, reach out before booking.
Early sessions focus on manual lymphatic drainage and specialized massage techniques to support fluid movement and help manage swelling. As healing progresses, scar and tissue mobilization and fascial work may be introduced when appropriate to support tissue mobility and comfort. Treatment is adjusted from session to session based on the stage of healing.
Your first 60-minute visit includes intake, assessment, and treatment tailored to your procedure and stage of healing, provided it is safe and appropriate for your recovery.
Compression garments, fajas and foams are used according to your surgeon's post-operative instructions, which vary depending on your procedure and stage of healing. Depending on your treatment area and your surgeon's instructions, your garment or foam may be temporarily removed during your session and reapplied afterward.

Post-op treatments can begin as early as 7 days after surgery with medical clearance and drains out, depending on your procedure and stage of healing.
